By accessing and using Slime Bot ("the Bot"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Slime Bot is a Discord bot that provides automated welcome messages and role assignment functionality for Discord servers. The Bot allows server administrators to customize welcome messages and automatically assign roles to new members.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Slime Bot, you agree to:

  • Use the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to exploit, harm, or disrupt the Bot's functionality
  • Not use the Bot to spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Ensure you have proper permissions to configure the Bot in your Discord server

4. Data Collection and Usage

Slime Bot collects and stores minimal data necessary for its operation, including Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and welcome message configurations. 5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of Slime Bot, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Slime Bot at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Slime Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or any other issues that may arise.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Slime Bot for any user or server that violates these Terms of Service or engages in abusive behavior. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord server.

Slime Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
